Supervise and manage daily site operations for infrastructure projects, including: *Stormwater and foul drainage systems *Potable water and firefighting pipelines *Electrical and telecom ducting works *Earthworks and grading *Paving and roadworks Review and interpret IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings, technical specifications, and project scope. Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and utility providers (e.g., EWA, municipalities). Ensure accurate execution of works in line with approved shop drawings and method statements. Assist in preparing and reviewing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and materials submittals. Monitor and record daily progress; report site issues or delays to the Project Manager. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards. Prepare and track technical documents including RFIs, IRs, NCRs, material approvals, and redline/as-built drawings. Support the procurement team by identifying material needs and delivery schedules. Attend progress meetings, authority inspections, and coordinate permit-related documentation.
